摘　　要：分析了空分设备闭式循环氮水预冷系统杂质浓缩的原因,提出了处理措施。Analysis focuses on the reason for impurity concentration in closed-cycle nitrogen-water precooling system of air separation unit. The solution to this problem is also presented.
