数字萨克斯管及其成形模具的产品数据管理技术

摘　　要：采用PRO/INTRALINK和PRO/E构建网络化并行协同开发环境,完成了数字萨克斯管成形模具零件数据电子文档的管理,使萨克斯管零部件、成形工艺及成形模具、模具零件加工工艺、数控加工程序之间的关系清晰。同时探讨了基于PRO/ E的全数字化模具设计及其与PRO/INTRALINK的集成应用方法。On the parallel developing environment of constructing the network for PRO/Intralink and PRO/E application, the electronic data documents for digital saxophone which composed shaped mould is accomplished which make the retationship among accessories of saxophone, the forming techniques, the shaped mould, the processing technique of mould accessories and the data controlling programmed clearly. Moreover, it inquires into the overall digitized mould design and the compensative applied method based on PRO/Intralink and PRO/E.
