苦丁茶对家兔肾脏作用的观察

摘　　要：用苦丁茶饲养家兔60d，通过尿检查，血肌酐及尿素氮测定，肾组织病理学观察，结果显示尿蛋白＋～＋＋＋，部分血肌酐、尿素氮异常，出现间质性肾炎的病理学改变。表明用苦丁茶长期饲养家兔可致间质性肾炎。Rabbits were fed with Ligustrum japomicum Thunb. var. pubescens Koidz for 60 d,there after their blood creatinine and urea nitrogen were determined and renal biopsy per formed. Results showed that proteinuria was positive with elevated CV and BUN. Renal biopsy showed pathological change of interstitial tissue. It was conciuded that Iong-tern administration of Kudingcha may cauise interstitial nephritis in rabbits.
