摘　　要：为提高T形管的焊接质量和效率,设计一台用松下FP0型PLC自动控制的焊接设备,并对控制系统的软、硬件部分进行了设计。该自动焊接系统在钢制散热器管道焊接生产应用中取得了良好的效果,是一种低成本自动化的T形管焊缝专用焊接设备。In order to improve T-shaped seam quality and efficiency,studied a welding equipment controlled by Panasonic FP0-PLC,introduced the design of software and hardware.This automatic welding system is suitable for the automatic welding of the T-shape seam and good results have been achieved.It is a low-cost-automatic welding system for T-shaped seam.
