摘 要:目的探讨临床实验室凝血试剂科学、合理选择的新方法。方法应用过程能力与性能研究的方法评价不同试剂检测系统的过程能力与性能的差异,为合理选择凝血试剂提供科学的手段。结果D ade试剂检测系统的PT,INR,APTT,FBG四个凝血项目的过程能力与性能高于太阳试剂,而TT,ATⅢ两个凝血项目的过程能力与性能研究结果则与此相反。结论过程能力与性能研究及其评价方法是临床实验室因地制宜地进行凝血项目试剂检测系统科学、规范、合理选择的合适的新方法。Objectlve To probe into looking for the new methods of selection scientifically and rationally of the coagulative reagents. Methods Compared and evaluated the differences of the process capabilities and performances in the different detection systems of the coagulative reagents through the approaches in the process capability and performance researches in order to provide scientific means in selection of the coagulative reagents. Results The process capabilities and performances of the four coagulative items such as PT,INR,APTT and FBG detected by the reagent detection system of Dade supplier were superior to those of Sunbiote suppller,but the findings of those of the items such as TT,AT Ⅱ were contrary to those of the items as mentioned before. Conclusion The approaches of the researches on process capabilities and performances and their evaluation methods are the suitable new ways on carrying on the selection by means of "adopting-measures-to-local-lab-conditions" scientifically,normally and rationally of the reagent detection systems of different suppliers for the coagulative items in clinical laboratories.
