摘 要:目的:了解血脂、Na+-K+-ATPase及全血粘弹性参数(弹性模量及动粘度)在兔动脉粥样硬化进程中的预示作用。方法:健康家兔80只随机分为实验组(AG)60只及对照组(CG)20只,各组又分为4个亚组,即AG1~AG4和CG1~CG4,AG给予胆固醇粉1gd-1只-1,在喂养的第2、4、8和12周分别观察AG1~CG1、AG2~CG2、AG3~CG3、AG4~CG4主动脉粥样硬化(AS)病变和上述指标的变化。结果:在兔AS阶段性进程中,血脂(Tch、TG)在AS早期明显增高,其后有所降低;红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase活性自AS早期起进行性降低,且在AS早、晚期与Tch有密切负相关关系(r=-0.67、-0.51,P<0.01、0.05);全血粘弹性参数中,在早期仅当角频率(ω)为0.190Hz时弹性模量呈单一性升高,而中、晚期弹性模量及动粘度普遍升高,二者之间有正相关关系(r=0.51~0.85,P<0.05~0.001)。结论:上述指标在AS进程中有一定的阶段性预示作用。Objective: The role of blood lipids, Na+K+ATPase activity, whole blood dynamic viscosity (η′) and dynamic modulas (G′) in predicting different stages of experimental atherosclerosis (AS) were studied. Methods: 80 rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group (n=60) and control group (n=20). Each of the two groups was also equally divided into for subgroups: four experimental subgroups and four control ones. Each rabbit of the experimental group was fed with cholesterol powder (1g/d). At the 2nd, 4th, 8th and 12th week, blood lipid concentration, erythrocyte Na+K+ATPase activity and whole blood viscoelasticity were tested and the pathologic alteration of AS in the aorta were also observed. Results: Serum triglyceride (TG) was increased only in the early stage of AS and serum total cholesterol (Tch) was significantly higher in the early, middle and late stage of AS than in controle. Erythrocyte Na+K+ATPase activity was progressively decreased and negatively correlated with Tch in the early and late stage of AS(r=-0.67、-0.51, P<0.01,0.05) G′ was significantly increased only when shear rate was 0.190 Hz in early AS, but G′ and η′ were progressively elevated in the middle and late stage of AS. Conclusion: It is possible that blood lipids, Na+K+ATPase activity and whole blood viscoelasticity can predict the various stages of experimental atherosclerosis in rabbits.
