摘 要:结合攀钢实际情况,利用转炉单渣法冶炼脱磷技术,开发应用了高效复合脱磷剂,使平均脱磷率达到89.40%,与转炉预处理双渣法脱磷技术相当,试验炉次的成品w(P)≤0.015%,且未增加冶炼周期,为350km/h高速铁路用钢轨等钢种的稳定生产提供了技术支撑。In light of the actual condition in Pangang Group the high efficient compound dephosphorizer is developed by use of the dephosphorizing technology "single slag process" in converter smelting. By application of this process the average dephosphorizing ratio reaches 89.40 %, which is almost the same as that by the dephosphorizing technology "double slag process" in converter pretreatment and the phosphorus in the finished product in trial heat is less than 0. 015 %, and in the meanwhile the smelting period remains the same as ever before. The new technology can be used as effective technological support for consistently producing such a few steel grades as 350 km/h high speed rail and so on for high speed railway purpose.
