66例特发性突聋治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：评估特发性突聋的治疗效果。方法：对门诊１０年来用药物治疗的３８６例特发性突聋随访３月～１０６月，对６６例有完整资料的病人进行了重点统计分析。结果：３４例病人听力提高，１１例病人在随访中修正了诊断。结论：①本组药物治疗的病人中，特发性突聋的有效治疗率为５３％；②从发病到开始治疗相隔时间愈短，效果愈好。Objective: To evaluate the treatment of idiopathic hearing loss. Methods: 386 outpatients with idiopathic hearing loss treated in our department in past 10 years were followed up form 3 to 106 months. Of the patients, 66 had complete records. Results: The hearing was improved with medication in 34 cases and diagnoses were corrected in other 11 during the followup. Conclusion: 1). The efficiency of hearing improvement with medication is 53%; 2). The shorter the time between the onset of disorder and the beginning of treatment, the better the efficacy is.
