摘  要:目的:研究宁夏枸杞(LyciumbarbarumL)果实(枸杞子)水溶性活性多糖的化学。方法:采用DEAE柱层析分离多糖均一体,以抗脂质过氧化为指标,追踪枸杞多糖的活性。结果:获得并鉴定四个抗脂质过氧化活性多糖均一体。除LBPC。分子量1.0×104,为α-(1→4)(1→6)连接的葡聚糖肽外,LB-PA3、LBPB1、LBPC2分别为分子量6.6×104、1.8×104、1.2×104,β-(1→4)(1→6)连接的杂多糖肽。结论:鉴定了四个枸杞多糖均一体的化学结构,证明它们均为抗脂质过氧化的活性成分。objective: To study the chemistry and pharmacological activity of Gouqizi(Lycium barbarum L)water soluble polysaccharide. Methods:Screened with resisting liqid peroxidation, the effective ingredients were isolated with ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose. ResuIts: Four homogenous polysaccharides were obtained and identified. These homogenous polysaccharides were found to be effeetive ingredients with resisting lipid peroxidation.Homogenous polysaccharide LBPC4 was proved to be a peptidoglycan with MW of 1.0×104,composed of glucans,while LBPA3.LBPB1.LBPC2 were proved to be peptidoglycans with MWs of 6.6 ×104, 1. 8 ×104, 1. 2 ×104, respectively, composed of heteroglycan.Conclusion :The chemical structures of four homogenous polysaccharides were identified and they were proved to be effective ingredients with resisting lipid peroxidation.
