摘　　要：本文简要介绍了美国有关Derecho的研究成果,并指出我国也存在Derecho现象。同时为了更好地认识我国的Derecho现象,对中、美两地的Derecho个例进行了对比分析,讨论了它们之间的异同,为我国的Derecho研究做了有意义的尝试。This paper introduces American researchers＇ results on Derechos and points out that there exists similar phenomenon in China. At the same time, in order to better know these damaging events in China ,many comparison analyses are given between Derecho events in America and ones in China , and their different aspects are researched. This investigation is an elementary and meaningful attempt in the field of Derechos in China.
