激光脱毛效果欠佳因素的分析与对策

摘　　要：目的观察长脉冲波长为755 nm翠绿宝石激光G脱毛的效果,分析造成部分病例治疗效果欠佳的可能因素。方法应用长脉冲翠绿宝石激光。波长755 nm,光斑直径1.0 cm,根据不同的皮肤类型及治疗部位选用不同治疗参数,胡须、腋毛、上肢首次能量密度分别是12～16 J、16～18 J、12～18 J,下肢首次能量18～20 J,比基尼首次能量密度16～18 J。结果本组患者935例,758例疗效满意,177例疗效欠佳。疗效欠佳的部位多为男性颌面部,女性的眉毛、上唇与发际线。结论激光脱毛是安全、高效的脱毛方法,不同的皮肤类型和部位的毛发及不同的治疗周期,均会影响治疗效果。为临床上制定个性化的治疗方案提供参考。Objective To observe the effect of depilationwith a long - puls Alexandrice laser with 755 nm wavelength, and analyze the possible reasons for unsatisfactory results in some cases of hair removal. Methods The long pulse Alexandrite laser with 755 nm wavelength and 1,0 cm spot diameter was used for dipilation. Different treament parameters were adopted according to the types of skin and the sites of treatment, The beard, axillary hair and upper limb hair were treaded first with energy density of 12 - 16 J, 16-18 J and 12- 18 J, Lower limb hair was first treated with 18-20 J, and the energy parameters for bikini hair treatment were 16 - 18 J. Results In 758 of 935 cases patients were satisfied with the results, There was an unsatisfactory result in 18.9%, including on the chin（male） ; and eyebrows, upper lip and hair line（female）. Conclusion Laser hair removal is a safe and highly efficient method for depilation, Therapeutic efficacy differed according to skin type, area of the body and hair cycle, We should choose individualized treatment programs for each patient in order to achieve good results in clinical therapy.
