北京老字号企业产权多元化改制的现状及启示

摘　　要：随着我国市场经济的逐步完善,传统老字号国有企业的生存和发展也面临越来越大的挑战。近几年来,北京老字商号企业纷纷从改革、改制和资产重组中寻找出路,并按照现代企业制度要求进行产权制度改革,形成投资主体的多元化,探索出国有资本参股、吸收民营资金、引进外资、管理层收购、职工持股等形式,使企业在老字号品牌、经营等方面取得了经济效益,带来老字商号的发展。With an improvement of the national market economy, Beijing traditional old shops are confronted with more and more severe challenges both in their existence and in their development. In resent years, Beijing traditional old shops have been searching for a new way in terms of their reforming, reorganizing and property regrouping. Meanwhile, the property institution has been reformed into that of multiple investments according to modern enterprise institution. In the process of reform, characteristics have been established by absorbing civilian capitals, attracting foreign investment, administrative purchasing and holding stocks by the staff. These strategies have made the enterprises to get more economical benefits from their traditional old-fashioned products and management, which will regain the vital force and development.
