摘 要:本文首次报道采用大鼠在体心肌缺血后再灌注模型观察丹参对急性短时间缺血后再灌注心肌磷脂肌醇代谢的影响。结果显示:急性缺血10min后灌注10min,心肌磷脂肌醇信息传递系统功能明显增强,其磷脂酰肌醇-4,5-二磷酸(PIP_2)和肌醇-1,4,5-三磷酸(IP_3)水平显著高于非缺血对照组和缺血组(P<0.01,n=7);丹参(2g/kg·体重)能显著抑制急性缺血后再灌注心肌磷脂肌醇系统的高功能状态,其PIP_2和IP_3水平明显低于缺血组和缺血再灌注组(P<0.01,n=7)。The effects of Salvia Miltiorrhizae on phosphainositides metabolism during acute myocardial ischemia - reperfusion in rats were studied. The results showed that the function of the phosphainositides signaling system of myocardium was enhanced in acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion. Both of phosphatidylinositol - 4, 5 - biphosphate(PIP2) and inositol-1, 4, 5 - triphosphate (IP3) in reperfusing group were higher than that of non-ischemia control group and ischemic group(P<0.01, n = 7); The high function of the phosphainositide signaling system in reperfusing myocardium was remarkablely inhibited by Salvia Miltiorrhizae (2 g/kg body wt, ip), and the levels of PIP2 and IP3 were lower than that in reperfusing group and ischemic group(P<0.01, n = 7).
