摘  要:为了降低开关磁阻(SR)电机的振动和噪声,建立了SR电机径向力计算的有限元(FE)模型,对各典型转子位置和相电流下的SR电机径向力分别进行有限元计算.基于有限元计算结果,应用三次样条插值进一步计算所有转子位置和相电流下的径向力,以保证径向力计算既有一定的精度又有良好的快速性.在此基础上,建立了电压PWM控制方式下SR电机调速系统仿真模型,对开通角、关断角优化组合以降低SR电机径向力及其他性能指标进行了仿真研究.结果表明:样机合适的开通角(θon)和(oθff)关断角分别为0°和22°左右.To decrease the vibration and acoustic noise of switched reluctance motor (SRM), a finite element (FE) model for radial force computation of SRM was presented. The radial force of SRM was calculated for each typical rotor position and phase current. Based on the result of FE computation, the cubic spline interpolation method was used to compute the radial forces under all rotor positions and phase currents to ensure the accuracy and the rapidness of the radial force calculation. Based on these, speed control simulation model of SRM controlled by voltage PWM was presented, and the optimization grouping of switching on and off angles was investi-gated in simulation to reduce the radial force of SRM. Simulation research has indicated that the optimal switching on and off angles of the prototype are 0°and 22°respectively.
