摘　　要：万维网地理信息系统WebGIS是地理信息系统与互联网技术相结合的产物,通过对WebGIS的实现方法和系统平台的介绍,采用ArcIMS作为系统平台,使用ActiveX控件及COM组件对象模型网络开发技术实现3层B/S结构的WebGIS系统。World Wide Web Geographical Information System （WebGIS） is the combination of geographical information system and internet. The realizable method and the system platform of WebGIS is introduced and compared, which adopts ArclMS as the system platform and takes the ActiveX and the COM object model network development technique to relize the three layers B/S structure of WebGIS system.
