窄谱中波紫外线联合局部序贯疗法治疗寻常型银屑病近期临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合卡泊三醇和哈西奈德局部序贯疗法治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及不良反应。方法57例患者随机分为联合组(NB-UVB联合局部序贯疗法)及NB-UVB治疗组,以银屑病面积和严重度指数(PASI)评价疗效。结果联合组比NB-UVB组起效更迅速,不良反应发生率低。结论窄谱中波紫外线联合局部序贯疗法治疗寻常型银屑病疗效高,安全性好。Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of narrow-band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） Phototherapy plus topical sequential therapy with calcipotriol and halcinonide on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Fifty-seven patients were randomized to either the combination group treated by NB-UVB radiation plus topical sequential therapy or the NB-UVB radiation alone group. The efficacy was evaluated by psoriasis area and severity index （ PASI ）. Results The combination group got the effects more quickly than NB-UVB group. Safety data showed the frequency of side effects to be less in the combination group than NB-UVB group. Conclusion The combination of NB-UVB Phototherapy and topical sequential therapy is a safe and effective method for treating psoriasis vulgaris.
