摘　　要：脂质体作为一种新型药物载体,在提高药物制剂的稳定性和靶向性等方面具有广阔的应用前景。文章综述了近年来国内外脂质体研究的进展,探讨了多种新型脂质体的特征和制备方法,以及在药物/基因传递中的应用等问题。The liposomes are a kind of the most promising, broadly applicable, and deeply researched drug delivery system. It has many good qualities, including enhancing the drug stability, increasing the targetability, and promoting the bioavailability. This paper reviews the present status of liposomes domestically and abroad, and studies the preparative methods and basic properties of novel liposomes, and the application in drug/gene transmission.
