摘　　要：目的:评价切开复位内固定术在跟骨骨折治疗中的效果。方法:运用跟骨异形钢板对67例72足跟骨骨折患者进行治疗,骨折分型采用Sanders分型法。72足均获随访。结果:72足中功能恢复为优32足,良27足,可8足,差5足,优良率81.9%。结论:异形钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折是一种较好的治疗方法。Objective： To evaluate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation for calcaneal fracture. Method：Special - shaped plate were used in 72 calcaneal fractures of 67 patients, those fractures were classified according to Sanders classification and 72 fractures were followed - up from 7 - 31 months （ average 16. 6 months）. Results：Evaluated with the TianJin Zhang Teiliang Foot Score,the excellent results occurred in 32, good in 27, fair in 8, poor in 5, the rate of excellent and good clinical results were 81.94%. Conclusion： Open reduction and intemal fixation is a good treatment method for calcaneal fracture.
