摘　　要：面向模块的ATS设计是现代测试技术的重要分支。论述了测试语言ATLAS的产生、发展过程,分析了其存在的问题。指出基于模块的ATLAS是标准的测试语言,详细介绍了它的特点、模型结构及在现代ATS设计中的应用,满足了TPS可移植性的发展要求,代表着现代测试语言的发展方向。Module-oriented ATS design is one important branch of modern test technologies. This paper demonstrates the production and development course of ATLAS and analyzes its existing problems, and points out that ATLAS is a test specification language based on module components. The paper introduces its characteristics, module architecture and applications in modern ATS design. ATLAS satisfies development requests of TPS transportability and represents a development direction of modern test languages.
