摘　　要：在经济全球化与区域化趋势下,海峡两岸高科技产业发展面临日益激烈的国际竞争。充分发挥两岸在高科技产业各个环节上的优势条件,合理配置经济资源,制定适时有效的发展策略,不仅可以促进彼此科技经济的繁荣,而且也符合全球分工与区域合作提高国际竞争力的需要。In terms of the trend of economic globalization and regionalization, the cross-strait high-tech industrial development is facing an increasingly international competition. Making full use of favorable factors in all aspects of high-tech industry of the two sides, rationally distributing the economic resources and properly making effective development strategy can not only promote the mutual prosperity of the technological economy, but also accord with the needs enhancing international competitiveness of the global division and regional cooperation.
