不同年龄及性别国人体脂和总体水分含量的测量分析

摘　　要：目的测量和分析国人正常人体脂肪与水分的年龄分布,为确定国人正常值提供基础数据。方法应用BFA-100人体脂肪分析仪(即生物电阻抗法),对国人9666例(男4339例,女5327例)的体脂肪/体质量百分比、总体水(kg)及总体水/体质量百分比进行测量。结果男性体脂由7～11岁的23.9%下降至17～21岁的16.9%(P<0.01),然后逐渐上升,从31～36岁开始体脂保持基本稳定,波动在23.4%～26.5%之间。女性体脂7～26岁波动在26.5%～26.8%之间,之后呈上升趋势,31～41岁保持稳定,随后又继续上升,57～61岁达40.2%(P<0.01),62岁后下降为39.3%(P<0.01)。男性总体水分21岁前上升至64.2%(P<0.01),之后下降,47岁后又逐渐上升,62岁后下降到56.9%(P<0.01)。女性总体水分始终呈下降趋势,由7～11岁的56.5%下降至62岁的48.5%(P<0.01)。但是,任何年龄组总体水男女比值都>1,体脂男女比值都<1。结论应用生物电阻抗法测量的国人9666例健康人体质量、体脂肪含量、总体水含量等数据,对确定国人正常标准具有重要意义。Objective To Measure and analyze the distribution of body fat and total body water in Chinese with different age and sex, so as to provide the basic data for normal standard. Methods The percentage of body fat/body weight, total body water/body weight, and total body water （kg）, were measured by self- made BFA - 100 body fat analytical instrument （bioelectrical impendance technigue） in 9666 Chinese （men 4339, women 5327）. Results The body fat in men was 23.9% at the age of 17 - 21, and fell to 16.9% （ P 〈 0.01） at 17 - 21, then gradually rose and kept stable around 23.4%- 26.5% at 31 - 36.The body fat in women was 26.5% - 26.8% at the age of 7 - 26, tended to rise and kept stable at 31-41,then rose to 40.2% （P 〈0.01） at 57 - 61,fell to 39.3% （P 〈0.01） after 62 years old. The total body water in men was increased to 64.2% （ P 〈 0.01） before the age of 21, thereafter decreased, but increased after 47,and decreased again to 56.9% （P 〈 0.01） after 62. The total body water in women showed a tendency of decrease from 56,5% （at 7 - 11） to 48.5% （at 62）. However, the ratio of men to women total body water was greater than 1 at any age while the ratio of men to women body fat was less than 1 at any age. Conclusions The data of body weight, body fat, and total body water from 9666 healthy Chinese were obtained, which are of importance in defining the normal standard for Chinese.
