海军院校陆勤新兵心理问题及影响因素

摘　　要：目的调查与分析海军院校陆勤新兵的心理问题及其影响因素。方法以MMPI、社会支持量表、自我概念量表、生活事件调查表、一般情况调查表、自编的军校适应性调查表作为调查工具,采用整群抽样的方法对3所海军院校100名陆勤新兵进行调查。结果MMPI筛选出有心理问题的32人(32%),作为异常组;其余68人作为正常组。对照研究表明,农村籍新兵心理异常率>城镇>城市(P<0.05),异常组新兵的适应性分值(9.81±2.86)、MMPI的K分值(45.27±9.81),均低于正常组(12.35±2.13,54.20±10.07,P<0.01),而Dy分值(57.62±13.11)则高于正常组(48.52±10.97,P<0.01)。相关分析结果表明,新兵的入伍地、适应性、自我概念、生活事件及MMPI的社会内向、依赖性、支配性、社会责任感、控制性、说慌、诈分、防卫与MMPI的多个临床量表相关有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析结果表明,男性-女性化、癔症、神经衰弱、轻躁狂、心理变态、外显性焦虑6个因子进入回归方程。结论海军院校陆勤新兵心理问题与入伍地、适应性、自我概念、经历的生活事件、人格特征有密切关系。新兵中常见的心理问题依次为性心理问题、癔症(癔症型人格)、神经衰弱、轻躁狂(自我意识过强)、心理变态(过度逆反)、焦虑。Objective To investigate and study the mental problems of recruits in naval colleges and analyze the related influential factors. Methods MMPI, social support scale, self- concept scale, life event scale, general - case, and self- composed adaptability questionnaire were used to investigate the recruits. Results Thirty two recruits with mental problems were selected as abnormal group and 68 normal recruits as control group. The incidence of mental problem in recruits from countryside was the highest, from town was the next, and from citiy the lowest. The adaptability scale score （9.81± 2.86）, and correction （k） score （45.27 ±9.81） in abnormal group were lower than those in control group （ 12.35± 2.13,54.20± 10.07 respectively, P 〈 0.05）, but dependence （Dy） score （57.62 ± 13.11 ） was higher than that in control group （48.52 ± 10.97, P 〈 0.01 ）. Correlation analysis showed that the scores of hometown, adaptability, self- concept, life event, social interversion, dependence, dominance, social responsibility, control, lie, validity, and correction were significantly related with most clinical scales of MMPI（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Logistic regression analysis showed that masculinity - feminity, hysteria, psychasthenia, hypomania, psychopathic, hypoanxiety entered the regression eguation. Conclusions Mental problems of ground service recruits in naval colleges are closely related with their hometown, adaptability, self- concept, life event and personality feature. Psychopathic problems on sex, hysteria, psychasthenia, hypomania, psychopathic deviate, anxiety in their given orders are the common mental problems in recruits.
