替米沙坦对老年高血压病合并2型糖尿病患者代谢因素的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨替米沙坦对老年高血压代谢因素的影响。方法:选择60例60岁以上的老年高血压病合并2型糖尿病患者,洗脱治疗2周后随机分成替米沙坦组和对照组,观察两组患者血糖和胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、高敏CRP水平。结果:替米沙坦餐后2h血糖、血浆胰岛素、血清三酰甘油、LDL、糖化血红蛋白较对照组均显著降低,替米沙坦有较好的降压作用,而且还能降低空腹血糖、升高HDL,但对高敏CRP影响不大。结论:替米沙坦除了有较好的降压效果外,还可以改善糖代谢、脂代谢和胰岛功能。对于老年高血压病合并2型糖尿患者,尤其是代谢紊乱综合征的患者具有较好的疗效,能明显改善其代谢状态。Objective： To evaluate the effects of telmisartan on the factors of metabolism in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods： After two weeks eluting treatment, 60 elderly patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes were divided into telmisartan group and control group randomly .The levels of blood glucose and insulin, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids, high-sensitive C-reactive protein was observed in two groups. Results： Telmisartan had good action in decreasing blood pressure. In comparison with the control group ,the level of blood sugar after 2 hours food and plasma insulin,the serum triglyceride, LDL and glycosylated hemoglobin declined significantly. There was no effect, however, on high-sensitive C-reactive protein. Conclusion： Telmisartan has good action in decreasing blood pressure, and it also can improve glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and insulin function. It has a better therapeutic effect on elderly patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes, especially the patients with metabolism syndrome. It can contribute to significant improvement of the function of metabolism.
