摘　　要：目的:探讨老年患者在院前急救中的病种构成及急救情况。方法:分析2006年院前急救情况,主要采取维持气道通畅、开通静脉通路、补液扩容、心肺复苏术等措施。结果:1191例患者中,1157例病情趋于平稳后接回医院进一步救治。结论:院前急救及时有效,可提高抢救的成功率。Objective： To study the circumstance and old patient cases of emergency before hospital treatment. Methods： A retrospective review was done on l 191 cases with old patients in 2006.The old patients had been given emergency action before hospital treatment. Such as, A （a/rway）, B （breathing）, C （circulation）, D （defibrillation）, E （advanced cardiovascular life support）.Results： 1 157 eases who reguired hospital treatment were responding well the given the emergency of A,B,C, D, E. Conclusion： Emergency before hospital treatment can have a steady high success rate of achievement in emergency.
