摘　　要：简要论述了利用现代化振动监测技术对乳化器进行安全监测的必要性,利用加速度振动传感器对某乳化炸药工业生产线进行振动安全检测,在采集振动数据的基础上,用振动分析理论对乳化器的振动进行了时域、频域以及趋势分析,基本建立了一套生产线安全运行阈值指标体系,对提高乳化炸药生产线的安全保障有重要作用。The paper dissertates briefly the necessity of emulsifier security monitor by modern vibration monitor technique,and uses the acceleration vibration sensor to monitor the vibration security of the emulsified explosive industrial product line.On the base of sample vibration data,it analyzes the vibration of emulsifier in time domain,frequency domain and made its trend analysis by vibration analysis theory,and then it builds a set of security operation threshold value index system of product line,which plays an important role in improving the security insurance of emulsified explosive product line.It needs attention that the threshold value standard in this paper has a certain limitation and it can't be extended to other product lines without any modification,because there isn't a uniform state standard for the design and manufacture of emulsifiers,which have a wide varieties and different structures.
