摘 要:采用经典试管反应法结合滤纸法,对太白蓼化学成分进行系统预试验。太白蓼中含有糖、多糖及其甙类(皂甙,强心甙),酚类和鞣质,黄酮类,香豆素与萜类内酯化合物及蒽醌类。不含有蛋白质、氨基酸或多肽,生物碱,挥发油和油脂,甾体及萜类和氰甙。鞣质类型为可水解鞣质。太白蓼石油醚浸提物经GC-MS分析,共鉴定出9种化合物,主要含有酸和酯,其中9,12-十八碳二烯酸乙酯含量最高,相对含量为37.648%;油酸乙酯,相对含量为24.943%。The chemical constituents of Polygonum taipaishanense Kung were systematically pre-tested by round filter paper chromatography and test tube method,the type and concentration of tannins were determined.The results showed that the tested samples contained saccharides,polysaccharides and glycosides,saponins,cardiotonic glycosides,phenols and tannins,flavonoids,coumarins and terpene lactones,anthraquinones.The plant samplesdid not containe proteins,amino acids and polypeptides,alkaloids,essential oils and ceroleins,steroides,terpenes and cyanophoric glycosides.The type of tannins was hydrolysable tannins.9 constituents were identified by GC-MS analysis of Polygonum taipaishanense Kung extracted by petroleum ether.The major components were acids,and esters.the concentration of 9,12-octadecadienoic acid,methyl ester was highest,relative amount was 37.648%,The relative amount of ethyl oleate was 24.943%.
