和缓艾美耳球虫致病性研究

摘　　要：对新分离的和缓艾美耳球虫进行了致病性研究。结果表明,21日龄雏鸡感染1 000个和5 000个孢子化卵囊未见异常表现,肠道未发现肉眼可见的病理变化。20 000个卵囊感染可引起轻微病变,100 000个和500 000个卵囊感染能产生较明显的致病作用,与对照组相比增重分别为70.3%和56.8%。根据肠道病变记分标准,肠道有明显可见的病变,所有试验鸡均未出现死亡。Experiments were conducted to investigate the pathogenicity of Eimeria mitis.Recults showed that 21-day-old male Luoman chickens inoculated with 1 000 and 5 000 sporulated oocysts of Emitis appeared normal 6 days PI and no lesions were observed in the intestines.However,100 000 and 500 000 oocysts of Emitis were apparently pathogenic and the average weight gains of the infected chickens were 70.3% and 56.8%,respectively,compared with that of the uninfected group.The general appearances of the intestines were abnormal,but all the infected chickens were alive.
