醒脑阴阳透刺法治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的通过观察醒脑阴阳透刺法对急性脑梗死患者的疗效,以期为临床针刺治疗急性脑梗死提供一种疗效确切可靠的治疗方法。方法将60例急性脑梗死患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组以醒脑阴阳透刺法,对照组以传统针刺法,并分别在治疗前后进行神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗组、对照组的临床神经功能缺损评分在治疗后都有减少,治疗组、对照组与自身治疗前比较差异都有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);治疗后治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑阴阳透刺法对急性脑梗死患者有较好的疗效,确为临床针刺治疗急性脑梗死一种较可靠的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of brain-activating yin yang point-through-point acupuncture in treating acute cerebral infarction to provide an exactly effective method for its clinical acupuncture treatment. Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction were allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received brain-activating yin yang point-through-point acupuncture and the control group, conventional acupuncture. Neural deficit was evaluated before and after treatment. Results Clinical neural deficit score decreased in both the treatment and control groups after treatment. There was a statistically significant difference compared with pretreatment in both the treatment and control groups （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a statistically significant difference between the treatment and control groups after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Brain-activating yin yang point-through-point acupuncture has a better curative effect on acute cerebral infarction and is exactly a more reliable method for its clinical acupuncture treatment.
