摘  要:目的研究不同处理卵白蛋白(OVA)过敏性鼻炎小鼠模型腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒的影响。方法分离不同处理组别小鼠腹腔肥大细胞,中性红染色后计算腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒率。结果正常空白对照组、OVA过敏性鼻炎组、穴位敷贴治疗组、激素阳性对照组、PBS阴性对照组小鼠腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒率分别为(15±6)%、(53±11)%、(37±13)%、(31±15)%、(47±14)%。结论OVA过敏性鼻炎小鼠的腹腔肥大细胞有明显的脱颗粒现象;与OVA过敏性鼻炎小鼠相比,穴位敷贴治疗组及激素阳性对照组小鼠的腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒现象显著减轻;PBS阴性对照组小鼠的腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒现象没有明显变化。推测穴位敷贴抗过敏机制为稳定肥大细胞膜,抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒,减少致炎介质产生。Objective To investigate celiac mastocyte degranulation in differently treated groups of mouse models of ovum albumin (OVA) allergic rhinitis. Methods Celiac mastocytes were separated in differently treated groups of mice. The degranulation rate of celiac mastocytes was counted after neutral red staining. Results The degranulation rate of celiac mastocytes was ( 15 ± 6) % in the blank control group, (53 ± 11 ) % in the OVA allergic rhinitis group, (37 ± 13 ) % in the point application group, (31 ± 15 ) % in the Dexamethasone group and (47 ± 14 ) % in the PBS sham treatment group of mice. Conclusion Celiac mastocyte degranulation is obvious in OVA allergic rhinitis mice. Celiac mastocyte degranulation significantly decreased in the point application and Dexamethasone groups of mice compared with OVA allergic rhinitis mice. Celiac mastocyte degranulation did not significantly change in the PBS sham treatment group of mice. It is conjectured that the anti-allergic mechanism of point application is stabilizing mastocyte membrane, inhibiting mastocyte degranulation and reducing production of inflammatory mediators.
