六味地黄丸紫外谱线组法鉴别的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:利用紫外谱线组法对市售不同厂家的六味地黄丸进行检测,绘制出六味地黄丸的紫外谱线图谱并考察其质量差异。方法:对六味地黄丸以石油醚、氯仿、无水乙醇及蒸馏水进行超声波提取后,再进行相应的紫外光谱检测,并对获得的紫外谱线组进行聚类分析。结果:六味地黄丸紫外谱线组重现性良好,聚类分析表明,不同厂家生产的六味地黄丸质量上存在差异。结论:通过紫外谱线组法和聚类分析可以初步判定不同厂家生产的六味地黄丸的质量差异。Objective：To determine the Liuweidihuangwan of different factories by UASLG,draw its spectrums and analyze their quality difference. Method：The ultrasonic extraction of the Liuweidihuangwan was carried out in the solvents including petroleum ether ,chloroform, anhydrous alumina, distilled water, then their absorbance in UV was determined and the cluster analysis of the differences of their spectra was made. Results：The UASLG of Liuweidihuangwan showed better reproducibility, and the quality of the Liuweidihuangwan of different factories was different. Conclusion： We can initially distinguish the difference of the Liuweidihuangwan between the different factories by using UASLG and cluster analysis.
