摘　　要：充血性心力衰竭是由于心脏功能损伤而引起的一类临床综合征,用于治疗充血性心力衰竭的药物有很多。β受体阻断剂治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效已被证实,而且与其他抗心力衰竭药物比较具有多种优点,在抗心力衰竭方面具有极大的发展潜力和广阔的应用前景。综合分析国内外研究现状并加以归纳,对β受体阻断剂用于治疗充血性心力衰竭作一综合评价。Congestive heart failure is a clinical syndrome caused by impaired cardiac function. There are many drugs in treating this disease. The effect of β receptor blocker in treating congestive heart failure has been testified, It also has many advantages compared with the other drugs, and has great potential and wide application future in treating heart failure. This article reviews general evaluation of β-Receptor Blocker in treatment of congestive heart failure based on the analysis and summary of internal and abroad study status.
