摘　　要：第三代芳香化酶抑制剂具有高效性和高度特异的芳香化酶抑制作用。可显著降低雌激素浓度,从而使促性腺激素的分泌增加而促进卵泡的发育;在卵巢内部则可增强卵泡刺激素受体的表达。它可单独用于诱导排卵或与促性腺激素联合应用于控制性促超排卵。芳香化酶抑制剂服用方便,耐受性好,不良反应少,能有效促进卵泡的生长发育,在不孕症的治疗中具有较大的潜力。The third-generation arematase inhibitors have arematase inhibition with high efficacy and specificity, which can not only decrease estrogen level significantly, while improve the secretion of genadotrophins and the development of follicular,but also can increase the expression of follicle stimulating hormone receptor in ovary. It can be used in ovulation induction alone or used in controlled superovulatlon reduction combined with gonadotrophins. This drug can promote the growth and development of follicular and has better potency in treating infertilitas feminls with easily taken, better toleration and few side effect.
