摘  要:内皮可以维持血管结构及张力、调节血管细胞生长、调节抗凝及纤溶系统、介导炎症与免疫、调节白细胞与血小板在血管内皮黏附、调节脂质氧化、调节血管通透性,是心血管疾病发病的关键所在,血管内皮功能障碍是心血管疾病的主要危险因素之一,准确评价这一器官功能很有临床价值。目前临床检测方法主要有以下三种方法:血浆中释放的一些血浆标志物,如血管假性血友病因子等;适当的刺激后血管释放一氧化氮及其生物活性的测量,如血流介导的血管扩张;循环内皮相关细胞计数,如循环内皮细胞等。三种方法各有优缺点,并且它们之间是相互联系。Endothelial cell is the key in the genesis of cardiovasculr diseases, which can maintain the structure and tension of blood vessel, regulate the angiocelhdur growth and anticoagulation and fibrolysis system, mediate inflammatory and immunity, adjust the adhesino of vascular endothelial cell with white blood cells and platelets, lipid oxidation and vasopermeability. Vascular endothelial cell dysfunction is one of the main dangerous factors resuking in cardiovascular diseases, and this index is of great clinical value to assess the function of this organ. There are three methods in clinical detection at present, which includes the detection of serum markers relaesed from blood plasma, such as yon Willebrand factor and so on, NO and its bioactive detection released from blood vessel after some proper stimulus, such as vasodilatation induced by blood flux and cell counting related to endothelium in circulation, such as circulating endothelial cell. These three methods have their own advantages and also have intercommunication among them.
