摘　　要：城市空间数据基础设施建设和数据共享研究,是城市信息化的基础和关键。本文探讨了佛山空间数据基础设施建设的标准规范、数据体系、空间交换网络、组织机构等内容,并分别就数据共享问题提出了相关策略。Study on the urban spatial data infrastructure （USDI） and data sharing are the foundation and key factors for the construction of digital city. This article emphatically probed into the constitution of USDI, including dataset, standard and criterion, spatial data exchange network and mechanism. And then the authors pointed out the present existence question, and brought forward the data sharing solution countermeasure combining with the construction and application of Foshan.
