摘 要:研究了ZA合金TIG焊中不同的焊剂对焊接电弧及焊缝成型的影响.结果发现:加入KCl焊剂电弧形状变化不大;加入LiCl焊剂电弧有收缩和"粘着"现象,电弧的宽度增加,长度减少,但阳极斑点不明显突出;加入KF焊剂电弧有明显突出的阳极斑点产生,阴极区有所收缩;加入ZnCl2焊剂电弧的宽度和长度都有所增加,阳极斑点变小而突出;加入多组元混合焊剂电弧宽度增大,阳极斑点变小,且明显凸出,电弧长度变化不明显.电弧进入焊剂区时,焊缝表面宽度都有所减小,其中KF的减少最为明显,焊缝表面呈现金属光泽,ZnCl2最为光亮,而无焊剂区焊缝表面呈现明显的氧化现象.In the welding process of the ZA alloy, the effect of flux on the shape and vohage of the welding arc were investigated by using a high-speed camera and oscillograph. The influence of TIG flux on weld formation was analyzed. Results show that TIG flux affected the shape of the welding arc and the formation of anode spot, However, the flux didn't obviously influence the cathode conductive district. TIG flux can result in the increase of welding arc section area and make the anode spot outstanding. The voltage of the welding arc does not greatly increase. The KCl and KF in flux can lead to the reduction of both welding arc minor contraction and section area. LiCI and ZnCl2 can make the section area of the welding arc increase. ZnCl2 can prompt the formation of the anode spot and make it obvions.The ZA alloy TIG flux can also make the surface of the weld fine and reduce the weld width.
