摘  要:采用膜结构的气体扩散电极作为阴极,电解人工配制的酸性嫩黄2 G废水,对气体扩散电极的最佳制备工艺进行了探讨;根据电极极化曲线和电镜照片,分析了电极性能提高的原因.结果表明,气体扩散电极的最佳制备工艺条件为,石墨:聚四氟乙烯乳液:造孔剂(质量比)为1∶0.5∶0.05,载铂量为1.5 mg/cm2;造孔剂在电极内形成的大量气孔和曝气提供的足够溶解氧形成过氧化氢是电极性能提高的主要原因.Acid flavine 2 G simulated wastewater was electrolyzed with a membrane structured gas diffusion electrode (GDE) . The appropriate preparation conditions were discussed based on the experiment. According to the polarization curve and electronic microscopic pictures of electrodes, the reason of electrode performance improvement was analyzed. The results show that the optimal proportion of preparation conditions was ascertained. The proportion of graphite, PTFE and cavities-making reagent is 1 : 0.5 : 0.05, and the Pt dosage is 1. 5 mg/cm^2. The main reason for electrode performance improvement is the large quantities of gas cavities formed by pore-forming material and enough dissolved oxygen formed by aeration, which can create HE O2.
