银川市医疗保险病人住院费用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响医保病人住院费用的因素。方法收集宁夏医学院附属医院2005年12月～2006年11月医保住院病人的住院费用和病案首页中的个人资料,分析患者性别、年龄、住院天数等因素与住院费用的关系。结果医保病人的住院费用中医药费占的比重最大,住院费用随住院日的延长而增加,减少手术次数可减少住院费用。结论通过控制住院天数、住院次数、药费等因素,可有效控制住院费用。Objectives To analyze and discuss Possible influential factors of expenditure in inpatients with medical insurance.Methods The medical expenditure and personal data in the first Pages of case history were collected from the inpatients with madical insurance in the Affiliated Hospital to Ningxia Medical College from December, 2005 to November, 2006 and T test and variance were adopted to analyze the relations between sex, age, hospital days and expenditure. Results Among the hospital expenditure from the patients with medical insurance, the medicine costs accounted for the greatest proportion and the hospital expenditure increased with the extention of hospital days. The decrease of times in operation could reduce the hospital expenditure. Conclusion By controlling the factors such as hospital days, times and medical costs, the hospital expenditure can be limited effectively.
