摘 要:目的:了解大学生人际依恋风格和人际亲密能力的关系,为心理辅导提供依据。方法:2005-03由重庆大学团委组织,随机抽取重庆大学学生854名为调查对象。评定工具:①人际依恋风格问卷。共24题,从"非常不符合"到"非常符合"六级计分。内容包括逃避依恋、安全依恋、排除依恋和焦虑依恋4个分量表。②人际亲密能力问卷。共24题,从"非常不容易或不自在"到"非常容易或非常自在"进行六级计分。问卷包括负向决断、情绪支持、主动表露、冲突处理4个分量表。测评不同年级、性别、专业大学生人际依恋风格与人际亲密能力问卷各分量表得分。并进行人际依恋风格各分量表与人际亲密能力各分量表的相关分析和逐步多元回归分析。结果:大学生854名接受测试,回收有效问卷813份。其中男413名,女400名,文科392名,理科421名。一年级学生431名,二年级学生316名,三年级学生51名,四年级学生15名,平均年龄19.24岁。①在逃避依恋风格上,大学男生明显高于大学女生(20.44±4.63,19.58±4.68)(t=2.63,P<0.01),理科生则明显高于文科生(20.42±4.92,19.61±4.35)(t=2.49,P<0.05)。在情绪支持上,大学女生明显高于大学男生(25.45±4.10,24.69±4.46)(t=2.53,P<0.05),文科大学生明显高于理科生(25.28±4.14,24.57±4.41)(t=2.37,P<0.05)。②逃避依恋与情绪支持和冲突处理呈负相关(r=-0.08~0.10,P<0.05)。安全依恋与人际亲密能力各分量表有显著正相关(r=0.33~0.42,P<0.01),排除依恋与负向决断、情绪支持和冲突处理呈正相关(r=0.22~0.26,P<0.01)。焦虑依恋与负向决断呈显著负相关(r=-0.09,P<0.05)。③安全依恋、排除依恋、焦虑依恋影响负向决断;安全依恋、排除依恋、逃避依恋影响情绪支持和冲突处理,安全依恋影响主动表露(F=42.596~176.701,P<0.001)。结论:大学生的人际依恋风格和人际亲密能力关系密切,人际依恋风格对人际亲密能力有显AIM: To explore the relationship between interpersonal attachment style and interpersonal intimacy ability among college students and provide evidences for psychological guidance. METHODS: Totally 854 college students were randomly selected in the investigation organized by Communist Youth League (CYL) Committee of Chongqing University in March 2005. (1)Relation Attachment Style Questionnaire (RASQ) included 24 questions of 6 grades from "never accord with very much" to "accord with very much". The scale was composed of 4 sub-scales, avoidant, secure, dismissing and anxious attachments. (2) Relation Intimacy Ability Questionnaire (RIAQ) included 24 questions of 6 grades from "never easy or comfortable very much" to "easy or comfortable very much". The scale was composed of 4 sub-scales, negative assertion, emotion support, initiate disclosure and conflict management. The scores were rated according to the participants' grade, gender and major. Sub-scales of the two scales were analyzed by correlated and stepwise multiple regression analysis. RESULTS: 854 college students were tested, but 813 qualified questionnaires were retrieved. There were 413 males and 400 females, 392 subjects of liberal arts and 421 subjects of science, 431 freshmen, 316 sophomores, 51 junior students and 15 senior students, with an average age of 19.24 years. (1)Male students scored higher in avoidant attachment (20.44±4.63,19.58±4.68) ( t =2.63,P 〈 0.01 ) and lower in emotion support (25.45±4.10,24.69±4.46)( t =2.53, P 〈 0.05)than female students. Science students were higher than arts students in avoidant attachment style (20.42±4.92,19.61±4.35) (t =2.49,P 〈 0.05), and lower in emotion support (25.28±4.14,24.57±4.41) ( t =2.37,P 〈 0.05).
