摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT薄层重建、多平面重建及表面遮盖法成像技术在诊断肋骨隐匿性骨折中实用价值。方法对25例临床怀疑肋骨骨折而X线平片未显示骨折的病例,应用多层螺旋CT扫描后经薄层重建、多平面重建及表面遮盖法成像。结果25例肋骨隐匿性骨折在多平面重建及表面遮盖法成像上均获得良好的肋骨图像,25例均为单发,其中,9根为完全性骨折,16根为不完全性骨折。结论对不完全性骨折及无明显错位的完全性骨折X线平片诊断困难,多层螺旋CT薄层重建、多平面重建及表面遮盖法成像可及时准确、直观完整地显示肋骨骨折的位置、形态及程度。Objective To discuss the usefulness of multi -slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)with thin slice reconstruction, muhiplanar reconstruction(MPR)and surface shaded display(SSD)in the diagnosis of occuh costal fractures. Methods Twenty- five patients with clinically suspected costal fracture which was invisible on chest X- ray plain films underwent MSCT scans with postpruccssing techniques such as thin slice reconstruction, MPR and SSD. Results MSCT scans with MPR and SSD successfully showed the occult costal fractures in all patients. All 25 cases were found to be single fractures which comprised 9 complete fraclures and 16 incomplete fractures. Conclusion MSCT scanning with MPR and SSD can not only reveal incomplete fractures and complete fractures without obvious dislocation but also can timely, accurately and stereoscopically reveal the location, shape and extent of costal fractures those are invisible on plain ruentgenograms.
