摘 要:目的:了解CXCR3 mRNA在银屑病皮损部位的表达水平及其与银屑病区域严重性指数(PASI)的关系。方法:应用RT-PCR法检测了33例银屑病患者皮肤中CXCR3 mRNA的表达水平,设30例健康对照;将检测结果与PASI进行了相关性分析。结果:银屑病皮损部位真皮CXCR3 mRNA表达水平为1.44±0.67,明显高于对照(0.59±0.29,P<0.01)及非皮损部位皮肤(1.00±0.75,P<0.01),但与PASI之间无相关性;银屑病非皮损部位真皮该受体的表达水平也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CXCR3参与了银屑病真皮的病理变化。Objective: To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor CXCR3 mRNA in patients with progressive plaque psoriasis and its clinical significance. Methods: Reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction( RT- PCR) technique was applied to semi -quantitatively analyze CXCR3 mRNA expression in epidermis and dermis from lesional and perilesional skin in 33 cases of progressive plaque psoriatic patients and 30 healthy controls, and the correlation between CXCR3 and psoriatic area and severity index (PASI) was evaluated. Results: The expression of CXCR3 mRNA in psoriatic lesional dermis was 1.44 ± 0.67, markedly higher than that in normal controls(0.59 ±0.29, P 〈 0.01 ) and perilesional dermis( 1.00 ± 0.75, P 〈 0.01 ). Furthermore, CXCR3 mRNA level in perilesional dermis was also higher than normal controls ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , however, no relationship was noticed between CXCR3 and PASI. Statistically, there was no significant difference of CXCR3 mRNA levels among psoriatic epidermis, controls and perolesional epdermis(0.63±0.40, 0.50 ±0.18 and 0.49 ± 0.29, respectively ). Conclusion: The expression of CXC.R3 in psoriatic dermis may be increased in the pathogenesis of progressive plaque psoriasis.
