摘　　要：目的:评价MR动态增强减影技术对乳腺良恶性病灶鉴别的价值。方法:收集进行乳腺MR动态增强减影扫描并有明确病理结果的56例67个病灶作为研究对象进行回顾性分析。结果:乳腺良恶性病灶在MR动态增强形态、强化时间-信号强度曲线、强化峰值时间、血管分布形态、腋窝淋巴结五个指标上表现不同。结论:MR动态增强减影技术对乳腺良恶性病灶具有较高的鉴别诊断价值。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of three - dimensional dynamic contrast - enhanced MR angiography （CE-MRA） in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods： The CE - MRA images of 67 breast lesions in 56 patients identified by histopathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results：The CE -MRA imaging showed differences between benign and malignant breast lesions in the enhancement types, time - signal intensity curve pattern, peak time, vascular type and axillary lymph node. Conclusion ： Three - dimensional CE - MRA imaging has obvious advantages in the differential diagnosis of breast neoplasms.
