摘　　要：本文从近十年来国内研究网络环境下知识产权问题的相关论文出发,通过对这些论文做内容分析和数据统计,揭示了其研究发展变化及内在规律,并对其主要研究热点和近期涌现的新问题进行了总结和评论。This paper begins with articles on the Internal Research of the intellectual property right in network environment in ten years, reveals its improvement of research and inherent regularity, summarizes and comments the research hot spots and new problems by analyzing those articles and statistics.
