摘　　要：高校图书馆实施知识服务要搭建良好网络环境平台,知识服务成为提升服务层次和满足读者需求的必然选择,高校图书馆要开拓思路,明确目标,重视知识服务的开展;知识服务的要素包括人才资源、岗位职责、管理制度、信息资源、基础设施等五个方面;知识服务的内容主要有知识地图、隐性知识、显形知识、文献型知识、非文献型知识以及网络信息资源等六个方面。The network environment serves for the universities library implementation knowledge builds the good platform, the knowledge service becomes the promotion service level and meets the reader need the inevitably choice, the universities library must develop the mentality, is clear about the goal, takes the knowledge service the development; Knowledge service essential factor including talented person resources, post, control system, information resource, facility and so on five aspects; The knowledge service content mainly has the knowledge map, the recessive knowledge, the visualization knowledge, the literature knowledge, the non - literature knowledge as well as the network information resource and so on six aspects.
