摘　　要：为了有助于各钢铁生产企业正确合理使用硬质合金轧辊,提高其使用寿命以降低生产成本,增加经济效益,本文对硬质合金轧辊使用过程中经常出现的失效形式进行分析,并从硬质合金轧辊的制备及具体使用两个方面对其失效的原因和采取的相应预防措施进行了深入的解析。Main failure forms of carbide rolls during the using process was studied, the failure causes and relevant preventive measures should be taken were diseussed based on the preparing and using of earbide rolls. In this way, longer wiling life and lower produetion eost eould be assured due to proper use of earbide rolls.
