摘　　要：转轨时期特殊的社会经济环境———二元经济结构和双轨经济体制，使得我国中央银行货币政策的实施面临复杂的局面。提高货币政策效率的基本点是要充分考虑到货币政策与经济体制的适应性，改善整体金融环境。The special socio-economic environment in the time of conversion-bivariate economic structure and two-way economic system makes teh currency policy administration of our central bank face with a complicated situation. The focus of improving the efficiency of the currency policy is to consider well the adaptability of the currency policy and economic system, to better the whole fanancial environment, and to clear the transition of our currency policy.
