摘　　要：目的：对Pandanus conoideus Lamk的化学成分进行研究。方法：运用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等手段进行分离，通过UV、MS、NMR等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果：共分离鉴定了5个化合物，分别为油酸甘油酯（1，2，3-propanetriyl trioleate，1），油酸甲酯（methyl oleate，2），油酸（oleic acid，3），α-棕榈酸甘油酯（α-monopalmitin，4），β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol，5）。结论：化合物1～4为首次从露兜树属中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of fruits of the Pandanus conoideus Lamk. Methods： The constituents were isolated by chromatography methods such as silica gel, Sephadex LH-20. The structures of these compounds were identified by the physico -chemical analysis and NMR spectroscopic methods. Results： Compounds 1 - 5 were obtained and elucidated as 1, 2, 3- propanetriyl trioleate （1）, methyl oleate （2）, oleic acid （3）, α- monopalmitin （4）, β -sitosterol （5） . Conclusions： Compounds 1 -4 were isolated in this genus for the first time.
