摘  要:目的:比较水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO2萃取技术从广西莪术中提取挥发油的收率,确定最佳提取工艺。方法:以莪术挥发油的收率为指标,先通过实验确定水蒸气蒸馏法中提取挥发油最大收率时的最佳条件,再采用正交试验法考察超临界CO2萃取实验装置中萃取压力、萃取温度和粉碎目数等工艺参数对萃取率的影响。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法中药材是否加水浸泡对提取挥发油的影响最大;而超临界CO2萃取的最佳条件为萃取压力25MPa,萃取温度55℃,粉碎度为60~80目。结论:超临界CO2萃取挥发油的收率高,提取工艺优于水蒸气蒸馏法,但有效成分含量高低,须进一步分析。Objective: To compare the steam distillation and supercritical CO2 extraction from the Curcuma kwangsiensis S. G. Lee et C. F. Liang extraction of essential volatile oil yield, to determine the optimal extraction process. Methods: Volatile oil yield indicators, first experiment determined by steam distillation of volatile oil extracted maximum yield the best conditions, another orthogonal experimental study of supercritical CO2 extraction experimental device extraction pressure, extraction temperature and smash the head several parameters, such as the extraction rate. Results: Steam distillation whether the first right ingredients, add water immersion on volatile oil extraction have the greatest impact, and the best supercritical CO2 extraction conditions was the extraction pressure of 25MPa, the extraction temperature of 55℃ , the size reduction of 60 -80 mesh. Conclusion: Supercritical CO2 extraction of volatile oil high yield, better than water extraction process steam distillation, however, the effective level of components needed further analysis.
