摘　　要：猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis)能引起猪的脑膜炎、心内膜炎、关节炎、肺炎和败血症,并能感染人,是一种重要的人畜共患病病原。国内外许多学者致力于该菌的致病性、快速准确诊断技术以及综合防治研究。本文对猪链球菌的毒力因子、检测方法和疾病防治等方面的研究进展进行了综述。Streptococcus suis is an important swine pathogen that causes a number of pathological conditions, such as meningitis, endocarditis, arthritis, pneumonia and septicemia. Many researchers have devoted themselves to the studies of virulence, rapidly accurate diagnose technology and integrated control. This review focuses on recent developments implicated in virulence factors, detection methods and disease control of Streptococcus suis.
