摘　　要：军港是现代高技术条件下海上局部战争的重要依托。从建立"数字化军港"目的出发,利用地理信息系统空间分析、辅助决策等强大功能,提出设计军港指挥自动化系统的初步构想,阐述系统设计方案并进行功能实现分析。可为海军军港信息化建设提供有效的决策工具,加快一体化建设的步伐。On the modern high technology naval warfare condition naval port is crucial support.For constructing 'digital naval port' purpose,the paper brings forward the elementary assume of designing naval port automatic command systems with utilizing mighty special analysis and assistant decision function based GIS.And the paper expatiating on design project and function analysis,the systems brings an informatization construction effective assistant decision tool and speeds up the progress of integration construction.
