摘 要:同钠、钾等阳离子通道一样,氯离子通道在维持细胞正常功能中扮演重要角色。在心肌细胞目前已发现四种氯离子通道的表达,分别是囊性纤维化跨膜转导体、容量调节性氯通道、钙激活的氯通道以及电压依赖性氯通道。越来越多的研究表明,这些通道在心肌细胞的正常生理功能中起重要作用,并在诸如心律失常和心肌缺血中可发现通道的异常改变。目前,对于心脏氯通道的基因,分子结构,通道特性和生理功能的研究已经取得了一些重要进展,但仍有诸多不明和争议,尚需进一步探究。Just as some cation channel such as sodium channel and potassium channel, Chloride channels pay an important role in maintaining normal cell funetiou. Four differant types of Cl^- channels have been identified in cardiac coils which are epithelial cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator(CFTR) channels, the volume-regulated chloride channels, Ca^2+ -activated Cl^- channels and ClC chloride channels. More and more researches showed that these channels played an important role in maintaining normal physiological function of myocardial cells, of which the abnormality can be found in some diseases such as arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia. Although some progresses had been achieved in its gene,molecular structure,channel feature and physiological functiou,there are still many unknown and debate, which needs further exploring.
